We established Karian and Box in 2006 with two employees, a small client roster and a big ambition: to focus on giving people a better voice at work.

We’ve never lost that focus. We never will. We believe that’s why the clients who started our journey with us are still with us now, and why so many new businesses choose to partner with us today – including two in five FTSE 100 businesses and half of the FTSE 30.
