Future focus: how can workplaces evolve for parents and carers in a post-Covid world?

Posted: 01-09-2020

In June and July 2020, we surveyed more than 200 organisations across a range of sectors, including financial services, consulting, and retail.

The latest Karian and Box research, in collaboration with the Global Institute for Women’s Leadership at King’s College London, highlights how organisations are supporting parents and carers as they respond to the coronavirus crisis.

The findings reveal the lengths to which parents and carers have had to go to carry out their jobs during the pandemic, and the potential career penalty they may face as a result.

We also discuss the implications of the research for organisations and policymakers.
