The 2021 Graduate Experience Report

Posted: 07-10-2021

Alongside millions of UK job seekers, graduates have entered one of the most challenging job markets for years – facing fierce competition for roles and a reduction in graduate schemes and entry-level positions.

With this fresh in mind, a few members of Team K & B who recently graduated wanted to study and expose the most challenging aspects of the current UK job market, while also exploring the new workplace expectations of graduates and other job seeker-demographics.

The result: a report that combines feedback from 120 graduates with job market data and expert advice – giving organisations the insight and actions to improve their employee experience from the very first touch point and future proof their people strategy by prioritising culture, wellbeing and flexible working.
