Contract: Permanent, full time (part-time considered)
Are you an expert on all things internal comms? Love bringing strategy and culture to life through compelling campaigns and change programmes?
We’re looking for a talented Communications Consultant or Senior Communications Consultant to work with our fabulous clients to create tangible business impact through outstanding employee communications
Who are we?
We exist to help organisations to listen better, make meaning and inform action for their people, because we believe this is what really drives high performance, in every business and sector. We provide a wide range of solutions from employee and leader research (we survey over 2m employees a year), to developing strategies and solutions that really super charge culture and the employee experience.
Our values are more than words on a wall (as you’d hopefully expect!), so if you believe in asking why not, always finding a way, having your colleagues’ backs and building something different then get in touch.
Having been founder and employee owned for the past 15 years, you’ll be joining us at the start of the next leg of our continued growth journey. We're proud to have become part of Ipsos in October 2021 and excited about the world of opportunities that await our current team and any new future colleagues!
About the role
As a Communications Consultant, you’ll work with major blue-chip clients like Barclays, bp, Tesco, Vodafone and many others. This will cover end to end support, from crafting data-led audience personas, running insightful communications audits, developing IC strategies, right through to campaign design, execution and measurement. You’ll also have the opportunity to get involved in shaping and running employee research programmes, from designing questionnaires through to creating high-impact insight reports.
Our continuous growth is built on building great relationships with our clients, so you’ll be responsible for developing effective relationships with your clients – likely to be HR & Engagement professionals – who see you as their trusted advisor.
