We're looking for exceptional consultants, with a passion for employee experience, a flair for turning data into strategy and expertise in supporting lasting organisational change.


We’re looking to fill two vacancies.

  1. Employee research - with a strong background in employee research, and ideally a qualified occupational or behavioural psychologist, you will lead on employee, leadership and culture research programmes across our Global client base.
  2. Employee engagement and communications - with a background in HR or communications, you’ll design strategies, programmes and campaigns that shift culture, behaviours and the employee experience.
