(Senior) Employee Research Consultant

Location: Flexible
Salary: Competitive, DOE (Starting at £35k)
Contract: Permanent, full time (part-time considered)

Are you passionate about data and insights? Great with clients? Want to run large-scale employee research programmes with some of the biggest brands in the UK?

We’re looking for a talented Employee Research Consultant / Senior Employee Research Consultant to work with our fabulous clients in shaping and executing research programmes to drive improvements to the employee experience and workplace culture.

Who are we?

We exist to help organisations to listen better, make meaning and inform action for their people, because we believe this is what really drives high performance, in every business and sector. We provide a wide range of solutions from employee and leader research (we survey over 2m employees a year), to developing strategies and solutions that really super charge culture and the employee experience.

Our values are more than words on a wall (as you’d hopefully expect!), so if you believe in asking why not, always finding a way, having your colleagues’ backs and building something different then get in touch.

Having been founder and employee owned for the past 15 years, you’ll be joining us at the start of the next leg of our continued growth journey. We're proud to have become part of Ipsos in October 2021 and excited about the world of opportunities that await our current team and any new future colleagues!

Your role will cover end to end support, from shaping and designing research objectives and questions through to creating high impact, high energy insight reports for your clients…and everything in between. You’ll lead research programmes, but will have the support of a talented team of analysts, writers, designers and project managers providing expert input along the way.
